Accordingly the heat in the energy bus 1 is taken away, but an open water channel 3 passing near the heat pump 6 of water heat source which is in operation in a building for room cooling absorbs the heat radiated from the heat pump 6, and the water which flows through a closed water channel 5, and if the water passes on its way the neighborhood of a refrigerator 8, it absorbs the thermal energy radiated form the refrigerator 8 and goes through the pipe channel section 7 of a pipe channel buried in the earth and again flows in the open water channel 3.
