Since all the beams 1 are vibrated integrally to external vibration, effective vibration-isolating effect can be obtained, and also since load on floors during the placing period of concrete can be dispersed to each stage, the need for temporary reinforcement can be eliminated. Also, flexion amounts in each stage can be equalized during the attaching period of PC plate of outer walls, the level can be easily regulated, and the accuracy can also be improved.
