With this operation, dust is adsorbed to the surface owing to the adsorption effect of bubbles and, what is more, the sticking of dust mixed bubbles to a conveyor 1e is eliminated by a sticking preventive effect of the bubbles, thus wear in the bit 1a and other cutting tools is preventable.
