CONSTITUTION: Excrementitious matter containing liquid from a simple flush toilet 1, designed to use 1/10 of water as compared with common flush toilets, is introduced into cleaning tank 3 through filthy water introducing pipe 2. Inside of cleaning tank 3 is divided into two chambers, separation tank on the left and aerating tank on the right. Filthy water is at first introduced into separation tank 4, where it is subjected to anaerobic treatment and separated into solid and liquid. Liquid thus separated is sent to aerating tank 5 through transport pipe 6, where it is treated with aerobic microbes while supplying air from aerating means 7. Thereafter, cleaned filthy water and microbes are separated from each other in settling tank 8 and disinfected in disinfecting tank 9, whereafter it is discharged to the outside. A plurality of water discharging ports 10a are provided around the circumference of aerating tank 5, in the manner that they are coupled to water discharging pies 10b.
