CONSTITUTION: Excrement in flush toilet 1 is flushed away with less than 1 litre of water pressurized by diaphragm pump 8 and ejected from nozzle 21, and filthy water discharged from outlet pipe 2 is collected in separation tank 3. In the tank 3, filthy water is separated from solid, and supernatant water is supplied to fixed filtering bed tank 4 via transport pipe 12. In the tank 4, filthy water is contacted with microbes with rotation of rotary disk 9 and thus purified. The microbes are brought into contact with air when the rotary disk 9 comes above the water surface, so that air is carried into water together with the rotary disk 9. After treating of filthy water in the tank 4, suspended matters are removed in sedimentation tank 5 and then the filthy water is disinfected in disinfecting tank 6, whereafter it is discharged to the outside from outlet pipe 13
