2 compound, an MgO-SiO
2 compound, or a CaO-SiO
2 compound is suitable, and as for the fibrous refractory, that which has become a cloth-shaped or felt- shaped sheet is used, and formed to a shape of the heat retaining cover. In this way, the main deforming work can be executed without executing the intermediate heating on the way of forging, and a surface crak flaw, etc., are decreased.
