Also, a wheel lifter 8 is provided. The wheel 7 is lifted, the bucket 1 is moved sideways along the guide rail 2 through a roller 9 and moved vertically for excavation, and then the bucket 1 is moved to the end of the guide rail 2 for discharging soil and sand. Then, the holder 3 is turned properly through an angle and a large diameter pit 10 is excavated. Furthermore, a pit encloser 4 is hung down and attached to the inner wall of the large diameter pit 10, concrete is placed into the pit 10, and the pit encloser 4 is removed and the area is compacted.
