Inside the ceiling, a fan 7 is disposed by the side of the top of one duct 4a, in the manner that its suction port 7a opens toward the other duct 4b. The outlet portion of the fan 7 is divided into two sections. That is, one branch pipe 10 communicated to duct 4a, while the other branch pipe 11 is communicated to an outdoor opening 9 formed in the eaves 12. Here, a damper 8 having a substantially L-shaped cross section is provided for opening and closing the branch pipes 10, 11 selectively depending on the seasons of the year or other factors.
