USE: Agricultural and horiticultural fungicide.
PROCESS: The objective antibiotic can be prepared e.g. by inoculating Streptomyces sp. S-768 strain (FERM-P No.4748) in a medium, and culturing pref. under neutral pH conditions at 25W35°C for 2W7 days under aeration and agitation.
