PREPARATION: The reaction of a compound of formula II and a salt of compound of formula III (anhydrous alkali metal salt, alkaline earth metal salt or tertiary ammonium salt) is effected in the presence of a reactive derivative of oxyacid whose hydroxyl group is substituted as halide of organic or inorganic acid anhydride or mixed acid anhydride to give the objective compound of formula I.
