CONSTITUTION: A pair of hollow spherical rotors 11, which are inflated, for instance, by introducing pressurized air into them, are arranged such that their respective shafts 13 make an angle. By rotating the rotors 11 from a motor in the directions of arrows and inserting a fishing net or the like between them, the net or the like is pulled in a state clamped between them. At this time, only a portion of the net extending in a direction normal to the front of the device is pullsed in the clamped state, while portions of the net extending in oblique directions are not clamped but are allowed to fall along the front portions of the spherical surfaces of the rotors. Thus, the net 20 is not pulled by both the trawling means, only a portion of it is subjected to the pulling action. In this way, it is possible to prevent excessive tension from being applied to the net, thus preventing the breakage and failure of trawling of the net.
