PROCESS: The compound of formula I can be prepared easily, by reacting the benzamidine compound of formula II with chlorothioformic acid S-phenyl ester of formula III in an organic solvent such as chloroform in the presence of dehydrochlorination agent such as pyridine at 0W60°C.
