CONSTITUTION: At time of transferring fish, an air pump 11 is worked to exhaust the air of a sucking pipe 5 and a casing 1, and a motor 4 forces an impellet 3 to rotate in such a manner as to suck liquid and solid matter from the sucking pipe 5 and feed out same from a discharge opening 15. The air sucked and collected in the upper portion of the casing 1 during working is eliminated by operating the air pump 11. At this time, if the impeller 3 suckes much air, the impeller 3 is stopped, and a four-direction change-over valve 10 is changed over so that the air pump 11 puts the interior of the casing 1 in vacuum state to suck the liquid and solid substance and to push the air into the casing 1, whereby the sucked liquid and solid substance is fed out from the discharge opening in pressure.
