Since this method enables the manufacture of iron salt by the utilization of the waste acid iron from the treating process for the iron alone, waste materials may be effectively utilized. Further, the resulted precipitated cake is dry powder form to the extent of permitting bagging, and therefore its spraying on the ground is easy as well.
