The wire driving device 13 is mounted in free insertion and discharge onto the load carrying platform of a van-type automobile (transfer body) 25. In the agricultural chemicals spraying work, the helicopter 1 is flied in reciprocation in the direction of width in a navigation region 8, and the automobile 25 is transferred in the direction of length of the navigation region 8 according to the navigation of the helicopter 1, and all the navigation region 8 is covered.
