摘要	PURPOSE: To provide a folding chair which can be folded and piled up at a very small place and which can be carried easily by designing the folding chair so that it comprises two front legs only, support arms are combined with the bottom of the front legs, and the rotation of a four joints rotation mechanism formed by the front leg, the arm, the support and the seat is restricted with a stopper. CONSTITUTION: This chair has two front legs 10 and 12 and from their bottom support arms 14 and 16 extend backward along the floor. A seat 18 can be rotated around a horizontal shaft 20 with regard to the front legs. The rotation is restricted by stoppers 22 installed at the front legs 10-and 12 not to rotate downward further more when the seat 18 is in a sitting style almost horizontally. The top of the front legs 10 and 12, arms 24 and 26, supports 38 and 40, and the seat 18 forms a link mechanism of four joints rotation linkage at both sides of the chair. This mechanism can be folded when the chair is lifted at a back 34 or an arch handle 36. At the bottom of the front legs 10 and 20, caster roller 46 and 48 are fixed, so that the chair can be moved easily. COPYRIGHT: (C)1990,JPO
