摘要	The tilting and rotating sunshade has a counterweight attached to it in such a way as to produce zero torque in the mobile section. The angles of tilt and rotation of the sunshade can be adjusted with little physical effort. The sunshade can be locked in position to prevent that position from being altered by the wind. The counterweight can be attached to the sunshade with pins, cables, chains and toothed wheels. These connections of the counterweight to the sunshade make it possible to set up the sunshade in particularly advantageous locations, e.g. under a table in whose centre the sunshade column is situated.
