摘要 | PURPOSE: To improve a manufacturing accuracy by guiding a tool along with a line defined by a substituted space coordinate or a line parallel to the former line. CONSTITUTION: A measuring unit equipped with an optical sensor to detect a O point of a coordinate defined by a mold frame for measuring a geometric shape of a shoe mold 10 is connected to a storing unit for measured values which is connected to a computer-controlled robot tool. A shoe body 11 coverd with the shoe mold 10 is fluffed (roughened) by a milling cutter 15. The milling cutter 15 is fixed to an arm 14 of a computer-controlled robot 13.
