说明书全文 | The present invention relates to a glove or sock to be worn and have openings for their jewelry, or to show a person's nails. U.S. Pat. No. 6,886,185 relates to a protective glove constructed to protect snag prone garments and especially hosiery. It is worn by a person donning or doffing such garments to protect those garments from rough skin, fingernails and jewelry on the hand or wrist that may be worn on either hand. The glove is generally of a mitten configuration constructed from one or two pieces of a slick finish fabric or synthetic material and joined on the edges with a coating on the exterior side of the pieces except on the finger and thumb tip area which gives greater grip control without snagging the garments. The coating provides a non-snagging gripping to allow the user to control the garment especially while donning while having the slick fingertip and thumb tip to allow a smoothing action to prevent folds and wrinkles. U.S. Pat. No. 4,907,297 relates to a glove for individuals with long fingernails. A glove is provided with a slit at the tip of the finger stall portion of the glove to just permit the nail to pass. Fastening structure such as opposing strips of Velcro can be provided on the slit to close the slit around the nail. Openings in a plurality of possible designs can be provided in the glove proximal to the slit to permit viewing the color of the nail. Other openings in the glove permit the skin of the hand to be seen. It is known to provide openings in gloves for a variety of purposes. U.S. Pat. No. 4,519,097, discloses a video game protective glove in which the fingertips are exposed for sensitivity and feel of the controls while protecting the remainder of the user's finger from abrasions, calluses, and bruises. U.S. Pat. No. 3,224,012, discloses a bowling glove in which the non-bowling fingers are sheathed in finger portions of the glove, while the bowling fingers project freely there through. U.S. Pat. No. 2,513,030 discloses a glove for jewelry display in which apertures are positioned such that jewelry can project through the glove where it can be seen by others. U.S. Pat. No. 2,725,570, discloses a ladies glove in which a number of openings in the finger stalls expose the fingernails of the wearer. Transparent covers can be provided to cover the openings. The openings expose substantially the entire nail and subject the nail to abrasion and damage even when the glove is worn. US patent publication number 20100154098 relates to a glove that has slits, or openings, under which rings have room to sit comfortably and naturally. In addition, the slits or openings are backed by the same durable leather or suede such that ring gemstones or prongs cannot shred, rip, tear or penetrate through the top of the glove. The present invention relates to a glove that allows a user to display their jewelry. When prior art gloves are worn on the hands having jewelry, the gloves are distorted and the rings can cut through the gloves. A large opening in the glove prevents the glove from functioning to keep the wearer's hands warm. People wear rings on different fingers. It is an object of the present invention to provide a glove that is worn by a user so that the user can display the jewelry on their fingers, and keep the rest of the wearer's hand and fingers covered. It is an object of the present invention for the openings to be adjustable to accommodate different size and shape of jewelry. It is an object of the present invention for the ring holes of the glove to be closed when the jewelry is not worn. It is an object of the present invention for the glove to have an opening which has a zipper to close the opening. It is an object of the present invention for the glove to have an opening which has hooks which are used to close the opening. It is an object of the present invention for the glove to have an opening which has an adhesive which is used to close the opening. It is an object of the present invention for the glove to have an opening cut into the glove, without any means for closing the opening. It is an object of the present invention for the opening to be only in a single finger of one of the gloves. It is an object of the present invention for the opening to be in the ring finger of both gloves. It is an object of the present invention for the opening to be in more than one finger of one or both gloves. It is an object of the present invention for an opening in at least one of the fingers to be large enough so that a user places their hand in the glove without any jewelry on. The user then places a finger on which a user wishes to put the jewelry on through the hole. Once the finger is through the hole, the user then puts the jewelry on the person's finger and places the top of the finger back through the hole so that the jewelry is exposed in the hole of the glove and the top of the finger and the bottom of the finger are within the glove. It is an object of the present invention for the slits or openings in the glove to be above or below the finger. It is an object of the present invention that the opening be covered by a transparent section in the glove which allows the space for the ring(s) to be comfortably kept in the glove, and the ring can be seen through the glove. It is an object of the present invention for the wrist section of the glove to be expandable, or opened up widely, so that a user can get the hand having the jewelry on the fingers into the glove without tearing the glove or being uncomfortable to the wearer. It is an object of the present invention for a section of the glove around a finger to be removed, so that the hand and other fingers of the glove are protected by the glove, but the finger having the jewelry on it is exposed to show the jewelry. It is an object of the present invention for a section of the glove around a finger to be removed, so that the hand and other fingers of the glove are protected by the glove, but the middle of the finger having the jewelry is exposed to show the jewelry. It is an object of the present invention to have a sock having openings around a user's toenails so that a user who has placed polish on their toenails can cure the toenails using UV light, such that the toes and feet are protected from UV light exposure by the sock. It is an object of the present invention for the sock to have each toe confined in its own section, like a glove having a finger. It is an object of the present invention for the glove to have an opening at each of the confined sections to expose the toe nail. It is an object of the present invention for the sock to protect a user's foot and toes from exposure to UV light. It is an object of the present invention to have an opening at the end of the sock for all of the toes to be exposed.
