摘要	PURPOSE: A watch for the disabled person including a voice recognition chip is provided to indicate time, alarm and schedule by mounting the voice recognition chip on the watch. CONSTITUTION: A voice recognition chip is mounted on the rear side of a watch. The voice recognition chip has a function which indicates time, alarm and schedule. When a user speaks about the desired function while pressing a button, the watch performs the function. The watch can be widely supplied to the disabled person as the manufacturing cost of the voice recognition chip decreases.

说明书全文	장애인을 위한 손목시계{Watch for Disable Person} 손목시계에 사람의 음성을 인식할 수 있는 칩을 시계의 후면에 장착해 시간 알림, 알람, 간단한 메모 등을 할 수 있는 기능을 넣어 시각장애인을 위하여 보다 편안한 생활을 제공할 수 있도록 제작한다. 음성인식 칩 음성인식 칩으로 인해 시계의 가격이 비싸지는 현상을 배제할 수 없어서 보다 저렴한 음성인식 칩을 개발하는 것이 과제임 저렴한 음성인식 칩을 개발 한다. 시계의 가격이 낮아져 시각장애인들에 대해 널리 보급이 된다. 우선 아날로그보다 디지털 시계가 음성인식 칩과 호환되기 쉬우므로 디지털 시계로 몇차례 시도한다. 전면의 시계와 후면의 음성인식 칩을 표현했다.
