| 摘要 | PURPOSE:To facilitate build-in of a revolving shaft to a supporting plate and build-in of parts around the shaft by providing a notched part, which a detaining tongue piece of a bearing and a whirl stop pin of the revolving shaft can pass, so that this notched part is connected to a part of a supporting hole of the supporting plate. CONSTITUTION:A bearing 40 is pierced by a revolving shaft 10, and a retaining ring 75 in the left is set to the revolving shaft 10. Whirl-stop pins 71 and 73 are press-fitted to the revolving shaft 10, and a gear 80 is inserted from the left end part while matching the expanding slot to the pin 73, and a retaining ring 74 is set to the revolving shaft 10 thereafter. The pin 71 and a detaining tongue piece 44 of the bearing 40 are matched with a notched part 22 of a supporting hole 21 of a supporting plate 20, and the revolving shaft 10 is inserted until a flange part 43 is brought into contact with the left surface of the supporting plate 20. The bearing 40 is turned to engage a small projection 45 of the detaining tongue piece 44 with a small hole of the supporting plate 20. A gear 60 is inserted from the right end part of the revolving shaft 10 to engage an expanding slot 62 with the pin 71. After retaining rings 76 and 72 are set to the revolving shaft 10, the right end part of the revolving shaft 10 is supported by a bearing 50 of a supporting plate 30. | ||||||
