| 摘要 | PURPOSE:To realize miniaturization of the amplifier circuit as well as to secure the flexibility for the frame of the glasses by incorporating the chip elements forming the amplifier circuit into the glasses frame under the with flexible state. CONSTITUTION:The flexible substrate is formed flexible film 11 composed of the polyimide film or the like, adhesion layer 12 composed of the FEP film or the like and reinforcement metal frame material 13 composed of Ni or the like each. Then IC chip 14 and resistance chip 15 forming amplifier circuit 3 are bonded to the substrate via layer 12. In addition, chips 14 and 15 are wired by wiring pattern 17 composed of double layers of Cr and Cu and via contact hole 16 drilled to film 11 and layer 12 each, and also protected by resin 18. Thus amplifier circuit part 3 of such constitution is incorporated into glasses frame 1 along with microphone 2 which converts the air vibration due to the voice given from outside into the electric signal, cell 4 and vibrator 5 each. | ||||||
