摘要	A slot array antenna includes: a first electrically conductive member having first to third slot rows, a second electrically conductive member, and a plurality of waveguides located between the first and second electrically conductive members. The plurality of waveguides include first to third waveguides respectively coupling to the first to third slot rows. The interval between the first and second slots is narrower than the interval between the second and third slot rows. Each waveguide includes a stem connected to a microwave IC, and a plurality of branches branching out from the stem via a branching portion(s). Each branch couples to at least one slot. As viewed from a direction perpendicular to the first electrically conductive member, portions of the stems of the first and second waveguides that lead to their branching portions are located outside of the first and second slot rows.
