| 摘要 | A system and method for monitoring and treating petroleum in a storage tank is provided. The system and method comprise including a plurality of vertically spaced sensors inside the tank, the plurality of vertically spaced sensors being in communication with a computer. The computer is able to calculate the quantity and quality of the petroleum in the tank based off the readings from the plurality of vertically spaced sensors. As a result, the petroleum in the tank can be optionally treated prior to sale in order to optimize the price received for the petroleum in the tank. | ||||||
