| 摘要 | PURPOSE:To reduce maintenance by facilitating washing after metering, by stopping a pump when the liquid level of the liquid supplied to a metering cylinder reached a level higher than the leading the port of a supply pipe and naturally refluxing the excessive liquid in the metering cylinder to a storage tank. CONSTITUTION:A liquid metering apparatus is constituted so that a liquid level detector 3 is operated when the liquid level in a metering cylinder 4 exceeds the leading end port 1a of a supply pipe 1 to reach the liquid level detector 3 and the supply of a liquid is stopped by the signal of said detector 3. In this case, The excessively supplied liquid is overflowed from the upwardly directed leading end part 1a of the supply pipe 1 and naturally refluxed to a storage tank 6 through the gap in a pump 2 to complete metering. By this invention, the number of valves can be reduced as compared with a conventional apparatus and the structure is simple and, therefore, washing after metering is made easy and, at the same time, maintenance can be reduced markedly. | ||||||
