| 摘要 | PURPOSE:To perform the measuring operation which is performed repeatedly with high measuring accuracy, by integrating the measured value for every time, and computing the required preset measuring value based on the integrated measured value, a specified total transfer quantity, and the maximum preset measuring value for one time. CONSTITUTION:In a transfer quantity setting device 12, the total transfer quantity preset value SV0 of fluid and the like, a predetermination quantity value DELTASV for issuing a preliminary notice signal, and the maximum measuring preset signal SVmax which can be measured at one time are preset. A preset value computing part 10 performs computation based on the values SV0 and SVmax and the integrated measured value PVS from an integrating operation part 9, and measuring times N are obtained. A measuring preset value SV2 is computed by the times N, and preliminary notice value SV1 is obtained from the values SV2 and DELTASV. When the measured value PV of the flow rate signal at a counting part 7 agrees with the value SV1, the preliminary notice signal is outputted through the output part 11. When the value PV has reached SV2,the achieved signal is outputted. In this way, the measurement is automatically repeated. | ||||||
