| 摘要 | PURPOSE:To improve accuracy, by controlling aerating air at a constant quantity supply part by the opening degree of a regulating valve provided between the constant quantity supplying part and a measuring part and the flow rate signal of the powder body, and supplying pulse air when a blocking phenomenon occurs. CONSTITUTION:The powder body is inputted into a powder body supply tank 2 by a coarse supply machine 1. A lower core 7 is formed at the lower part of the tank 2, and aerating air is supplied through a valve 8. Then the powder is supplied to the measuring part 10 through the regulating valve 9, and the flow rate signal is sent to a flow rate setter 11 in a feedback control part 4. Then the opening degree of the valve is adjusted. The valve opening degree signal is always sent to a comparator 13 from the regulating valve 9. The valve opening degree signal 14 and the flow rate signal 15 are compared, and a valve opening and closing signal is sent to the valve 8. Thus the increase and decrease in the aerating air is controlled. In the meanstime, when the blocking occurs at the part between the powder body supplying tank 2 and the regulating valve 9, the pulse air is supplied to the front stage of the regulating valve 9, and the blocked state is relieved. | ||||||
