| 摘要 | PURPOSE: To obtain an apparatus for setting fire at a distance easy to handle by providing an electrical heating resistor lodged with an electrical insulator in a tubular structure, and a heat conducting material wherein one end of the tubular structure is located in a handle provided with a connecting plug connected with the electrical heating resistor. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for setting fire has a handle 1 provided at the forward end thereof, with a plug 2 to be connected with a power supply and a suspension ring 3. A tube 4 is made of a material excellent in thermal conduction and an electrical heating resistor 6 is lodged therein while being insulated 7. The forward ends are connected by a cable 8 and connected through a strip 9 with the connector plug 2. Upon receiving a current, the resistor 6 generates significant heat which is transmitted to the tube structure 4 and imparted to wood to be fired when the apparatus is gripped at the handle 1.
