| 摘要 | PURPOSE: To obtain a good electrical conductive connection between an end portion of a second heating conductor coiled band and a discoidal metal cap, by making a specific angle between a base wall of a glow coil dish and a tangential line of a boundary bead of a side wall of the dish, fixing an end portion of a first heating conductor coiled band to a contact portion at the center of the base wall of the dish, and firmly clamping an end portion of the second heating conductor coiled band between a groove of the base wall of the dish and an inner surface of the side wall of the dish. CONSTITUTION: A first heating conductor coiled band 3 having an end portion 9 is fixed to a contact portion 2 which extends through the center of a glow coil dish 1 and is made of material suitable for an electric resistance heating. A groove 7 is formed in a circular base wall 4 of the heating glow coil dish. A side wall 5 of the dish is flanged to the inside of the dish and is bent to a degree that a tangential line t drawn to a boundary bead 8 of the side wall and the base wall 4 of the dish makes a bending angle of 90° |
