| 摘要 | PURPOSE:To provide a briquette brazier adapted to automatically cease burning for preventing a fire accident upon the brazier being vibrated by an earthquake, by responding to a seismic output from a seismic sensor provided thereto. CONSTITUTION:Burning of a briquette is effectuated in such manner that a cover plate 32 is removed from a briquette brazier 41, a briquette is contained in a housing D, the cover plate 32 is returned to its initial position after the briquette is ignited, a rotary plate 34 is turned against forces of spring 35, and then a lever 44 is retained in position by means of a retainer 36, thereby drawing an air from an inlet part 39 and allowing an exhaust gas to escape through sight ports 42 and 33. If there takes place an earthquake during burning of the briquette 40, a seismic sensor 38 is actuated to close a switch for urging an electromagnet 37 and an electromagnetic valve 45, whereby releasing the retainer 36 from engamement with a recessed rotary plate 34 which is in turn rotated by tensile forces of spring 35 for closing a sight port 42. In this way, the electromagnetic valve 45 is closed and supply of fresh air through the inlet port 39 is blocked, thereby bringing the briquette into a sufficiently oxygen dedficient state to be extinguished. | ||||||
