| 摘要 | PURPOSE: To stably keep the relative angle position between a tool and a band- piece even if continuous vibration is transmitted to the tool, by providing a holder equipped inside a hand-piece to support a tool protruding from the front end part and a lighting means equipped inside a hand-piece. CONSTITUTION: A lighting means comprises a lamp which is fixed to a hand- piece 1 at a point of the rear part of a holder 2, and a light transmission means which in an optical fiber bundle fixedly attached to the hand-piece 1, extended from the lamp to the front edge of hand-piece between the hand-piece 1 and a holder 2, and lightening the tip end part 6a of this scale remover 6 for dental surgery. The holder 2 and the hand-piece 1 can mutually rotate one revolution relatively, the remover 6 and the holder 2 are fixedly combined, the optical fiber is placed parallel to the holder 2, and the eccentric distance thereof from a shaft 3 of the holder 2 is substantially equal to the eccentric distance of the tip end 6a.
