| 摘要 | PURPOSE:To set a small clearance between vanes and a liner portion for improving compression efficiency by using carbon fiber reinforced aluminum having approximately same coefficient of thermal expansion as the liner portion and liner side portion for vane material. CONSTITUTION:Carbon fiber reinforced aluminum (40vol% of carbon fiber) having approximately same coefficient of thermal expansion as iron (8X10 / deg.C) is used for material of vanes 3a, 3b. The surface of the aluminum becomes extremely smooth through a finish polishing process and has a small coefficient of friction to hardened polished steel and improved durability and slidable properaty. Thus, from cold running start to hot running can be maintained a clearance between the vanes and the liner portion or the like at a minimum to provide excellent volume efficiency. | ||||||
