| 摘要 | PURPOSE:To increase the seal effect between a scroll groove and a scroll lap and improve the volume efficiency by inserting an elastic body between them in a scroll blade press-fitted with the scroll lap into the scroll groove formed on an end plate. CONSTITUTION:A spiral scroll lap 2 is press-fitted into a scroll groove 3 formed on an end plate 1 to constitute a scroll blade. In this case, an elastic body 4 made of a low-elasticity material such as elastic rubber or foaming urethane is inserted between the scroll groove 3 and the scroll lap 2. The elastic body 4 is formed into a band with a U-shaped cross section, for example, and inserted at the bottom section of the scroll lap 2. The gap between the scroll lap 2 and the scroll groove 3 is sealed with the elastic body 4, and the thermal deformation due to the difference of the thermal expansion coefficient between the end plate 1 and the scroll lap 2 is absorbed with the elastic body 4. | ||||||
