| 摘要 | PURPOSE: To improve the accuracy of a pump and make it inexpensive, by assembling molding parts formed with a mold having a minute irregular surface, manufacturing a scroll spiral blade by means of wire-cut electrodischarge machining. CONSTITUTION: The fluid drawn in from a suction port 15 is sealed in crescent compressed spaces (a) and (b) produced by contact between a fixed spiral blade 2 and a moving spiral blade 10, whereby this fluid is compressed by contacting and rolling motion. There is a spiral groove 19, molding the spiral blade by means of wire-cut electro-discharge machining, in a core 17 of a mold forming the spiral blade 10 and a holder 11. A surface of this spiral groove 19 has minute irregular discharge marks due to discharge. Thus, sealability for a pump is improved and, it can be made inexpensive. COPYRIGHT: (C)1988,JPO&Japio |
