| 摘要 | PURPOSE:To improve productivity by laminating thin metal plates of form lap parts which are erected straight from the end plates parts of fixed and swingable scrolls, and coating said end plate parts and said lap parts with engineering plastic. CONSTITUTION:Scroll laps 5 which are erected straight from fixed and swingable scroll end plates 3, 4 are formed by laminating thin metal plates which are blanked in a scroll shape and, then installed to the end plates 3, 4 which being coated with engineering plastic 6. That is, e.g., a scroll lap shaped groove 8 is press molded on the swingable scroll end plate 4 and scroll laps 5 which are formed by laminating thin metal plates are fitted into an along this groove 8 and, then, coated with the engineering plastic 6. In this case, blind-like parts 7 provided at the time of press forming exist on each scroll lap 5, ans the engineering plastic 6 enters those parts, increasing strength. | ||||||
