| 摘要 | PURPOSE:To improve performance of bearings by providing a radial oil hole at the eccentric hole side of main bearing portion of a crankshaft and providing an oil groove on the rear surface of a turning bearing so that said hole communicates to a space beneath the turning bearing and oil can be supplied to a position advanced always 90 deg. from a load surface. CONSTITUTION:A spiral or straight oil groove 25 is provided at the inside of a turning bearing 21 in the direction of eccentric hole as shown in the drawing so that a shaft end communicates to a space beneath the turning bearing 21. Also a radial oil hole 27 is provided at the same eccentric hole side of main bearing portion of a crankshaft 4, and an oil groove 26 is provided on the rear surface of the turning bearing 21 so that said hole 27 communicates to the space beneath the turning bearing 21. While load is applied to the crankshaft 4 in the direction of 90 deg. from the eccentric hole side, oil can be supplied to a position always advanced 90 deg. from the load surface by said oiling construction so as to improve reliablity of bearing performance. Thus, bearing span can be shortened and a compact and light machine can be provided. | ||||||
