| 摘要 | The invention can be used for pumping out fluid from deepest holes. Each sleeve (4) of the inventive screw pump which is arranged prior to said screw-casing pair in a liquid flow direction comprises two oppositely disposed screwed holes (11) whose threads coincide with the helicoidal line of the screw (7). Each sleeve arranged after the screw-casing pair comprises two oppositely disposed holes whose threads are opposite to the helicoidal line of the screw (7). The pump is also provided with an oscillation damper (13) which absorbs the screw (7) oscillations and is embodied in the form of a vertical body (15) provided with longitudinal through holes (17) forming the pump suction cavity (20) and with radial holes (21) having intersecting axes. A spring-loaded piston (22) forming a cavity (23) thereabove and a cavity (24) thereunder which are constantly interconnected by a passage orifice (26) in the radial hole (21) is arranged in each radial hole (21). The pistons (22) interact with the free shank (14) of the screw (7), thereby producing elastic and non-elastic damping of the radial oscillations of the screw (7). Said invention improves the operating capacities of the screw connections, reduces the wear of a screw pair and prevents the blocking thereof, thereby ensuring the continuos working fluid supply, reducing the pump user costs and increasing the service life and reliability of said pump. | ||||||
