| 摘要 | PURPOSE: To permit the easy discharge even in case of sludge component having a low water content by regulating the intrusion and discharge of a blade from the outer periphery of a rotor by fitting the projection of the blade and revolving the top edge of the blade in contact with the inner periphery of a casing. CONSTITUTION: When a rotor 5 revolves, each blade 7 fitted into the cross grooves 6 formed on the rotor 5 revolves, with the top edge 7b in contact with the inner periphery of a casing 8, regulated in a guide groove 9 by a projection 7a. Then, since a pump chamber 12A among four divided pump chambers 12 is in negative pressure state, the suction of the slurry at a suction inlet 10 is started from the time when the suction inlet 10 and the pump chamber 12A communicates, and the slurry is sent into a pump chamber 12B. When the slurry reaches a pump chamber 12C, the slurry is pushed out to a discharge port 11, since the capacity of the chamber gradually is reduced, and in a pump chamber 12D, the communication to the discharge port 11 is cut off, and discharge is completed.
