摘要	PURPOSE: To facilitate handling operations and to achieve high-quality electric conduction by supporting pipe-shaped conducting means in such a way as to be concentrically extended with respect to other pipe elements. CONSTITUTION: Pipe-shaped conducting means 12, 12 are supported in such a way as to extend concentrically with respect to other pipe elements 21, 22 inside a pipe assembly 20 which constitutes a production pipe system or a drill pipe system. At their connection, a pipe element 1 for insertion is placed between standard pipe elements 21, 22 and their respective threaded parts 24, 25 are threadably engaged to ensure an electrical connection therebetween. Therefore the conducting means 12, 12 provide high-quality electrical conduction and the other pipe elements 21, 22 can be made to work as the liners of the conduction means 12, 12.
