| 摘要 | PURPOSE: To make holes having predetermined undercuts by providing guiding sleeves and a collar of a specific constitution. CONSTITUTION: Holes 5 of a wall 6 are perforated by the drilling device comprising a drill 1, a guiding sleeve 2 and a collar 4 protruding to a range of a drill shank 3. During the perforating, the sleeve 2 serves a role of preventing the drill 1 from being deviated to a side. At the time of continuing the perforating, an opening 12 of the larger sleeve 2 being smaller than a diameter of the collar 4, the collar 4 is brought into contact with a bent contact surface 8 of a sleeve edge 9. Then, a conical inner surface 10 of the sleeve 2 limits a turning motion. And, a turning center is located at an opening 11 of the smaller sleeve 2 to form a specified undercut 7. And, a tip groove 16 is formed on the shank 3, and a shovel type groove 17 is formed on the collar 4, and cutting chips are removed from the holes 5. | ||||||
