摘要	PURPOSE: To simply and easily produce paper not having difference between the front and back sides by receiving liquid released from the upper end of a partial flow passage, the lower end of which is located so as to receive liquid transferring from the inner part of an upper wire toward the upper one under the action of a top wire deflector. CONSTITUTION: This horizontal twin wire paper-making machine is so assembled that a top deflector 66 is positioned so as to contact with the upper surface of an upper wire 44 and scrape liquid squeezed upward between two wires 13 and 44 under the action of a roll 60 and that the liquid is transferred by its own momentum through an inlet throat 81 into a flow passage 80 between the roll 60 and a shield cover 65 so as to be discharged from the upper end 82 into a drip-receiving vessel 72 under the action of centrifugal force.
