| 摘要 | PURPOSE: To provide the subject device including a weaving part for weaving a melt adhesive weft yarn into melt adhesive warp yarns, a tension roller, an induction heat-generating roller with a jacket chamber and a winding part, and melt-adhering the warp and weft yarns as they are in a woven state. CONSTITUTION: This net state sheet production device is provided by mounting a weaving part 2, melt-adhering part 4 and winding part 4 on a base stand 8 in one unit, winding a woven belt C over an induction heat-generating roller 32 in approximately over 180° range under a prescribed tension with a tension rollers 30, 34. The heat-generating roller 32 has an iron core at its central part, an induction coil at its circumference and further a jacket chamber at its outside, and water and steam are sealed in the jacket chamber. The warp and weft yarns are of melt adhesive property and the woven belt C is melt adhered by the melt-adhering part as it is in its woven state while keeping each a desired warp yarn interval and weft yarn interval.
