| 摘要 | PURPOSE:To manufacture the mannequin resembling the real in a simple working process, by forming the molded body by pouring the two-pack type silicone rubber between the inner mold frame and the outer mold frame and by applying the one-pack type colored silicone resin to the outer skin of the molded body. CONSTITUTION:The two-pack type silicone (Shinetus silicone KE 1402) is poured into the clearance between the inner mold frame and the outer mold frame and hardened spontaneously at the ordinary temperatur. After hardening, skin like painting is done using the one-pack type silicone resin (Shinetsu KE 42 WS) mixed with colorants, also the eye, the mouth are colored and figured, thus the mannequin is finished. | ||||||
