C; adding 30 wt.% of the purified water into a second aquatic tank and heating it to 70 deg. C with agitation; adding 1-4 wt.% of sorbitol and 0.1-0.5 wt.% of sodium polyacrylate into the second aquatic tank, and agitating them; cooling the mixture to 45 deg. C after sorbitol and sodium polyacrylate are dissolved; adding 0.12 wt.% of phenoxyethanol into the second aquatic tank, and cooling the mixture to 30 deg.
