Communication game system, game apparatus, server, storage medium storing a program, and game control method
A communication game system includes a plurality of game apparatuses which are able to wirelessly communicate with each other. Each game apparatus registers identifying information of an opponent obtained by a short-distance wireless communication or by user's manual input in a friend list. Thereafter, the game apparatus connects to the Internet, and inquiries whether it is possible to communicate with an opponent in the friend list over the network. If it is possible to communicate, the game apparatus obtains an address of the opponent to make a network communication. Even if a user makes a short distance wireless communication with a friend to exchange and register the identifying information or registers the friend by hand and then is parted from the friend, the user can safely communicate with the friend across the network without being exposed to unknown players. In a case that an additional opponent is to be added to the multiplayer game session, one of the participants transmits identifying information to introduce the communicating opponents to each other. The game apparatuses introduced to each other make a communication over the network, and add the identifying information of the opponents to the friend list, if necessary. |

Controlled discharge connector lead
When a hobby enthusiast has recharged the battery for a remote controlled vehicle, such as a scale facsimile automobile, boat, helicopter or airplane, the battery must be connected again to the vehicle drive system, to provide power. Method and system for tomographic projection correction
The position of the sample is measured and used to correct for any off-axis motion during tomography using x-ray projection microscope system with a rotation stage system. The position is sensed using a precision-machined, low-CTE gold-coated cylinder or disc and three to five capacitive distance sensors. The correction can then be performed purely as image processing in software, by applying an appropriate shift in X and Y of the captured x-ray projections. A calibration is often necessary for each system (gold disc plus sensors plus sample stage) to account for any machining errors of the gold disc or positioning errors of the capacitive sensors. This calibration should also be repeated whenever any maintenance is performed on the metrology setup. |

Cup holder
In a non-use state where no beverage container is housed in a housing space, holding claws are urged by a ring spring to an advanced reference position where the holding claws are mostly advanced into the housing space and a bottom plate is urged by a coil spring to a highest reference position where the bottom plate is mostly moved upwardly. When a beverage container is housed in the housing space, the holding claws are pushed toward the radial outer direction of the housing space by the side surface of the beverage container, whereby the holding claws move backwardly against the urging force of the ring spring. Simultaneously, since the weight of the beverage container is applied to the bottom plate, the bottom plate moves downwardly against the urging force of the coil spring, whereby a lock member moves downwardly together with the downward movement of the bottom plate. Thus, since a restricted slanted surface abuts against the lock member, the weight of the beverage container is transmitted to a restricted vertical surface from the lock member, so that the backward movement of the holding claw is restricted. |
