With garment weight removed, springs attached to the arms act to bias their return to garment supporting position each collapse.

When the button is depressed, the latch disengages the catch, and the spring member resiliently flexes as the end of the spring member slides along a portion of the base.

The electrical box and stand assembly have a locking mechanism to lock the electrical box to the stand at the selected predetermined distance from the form. The locking mechanism has hooks which engage indentations on mounting tabs of the electrical box. The mounting tabs have grooves which guide the hooks to the indentations. The stand can be attached to the cement form during building construction to maintain the electrical box at the predetermined distance above the cement form.

The slit is biased in a closed position to prevent fluid from passing from the minor cavity into the chamber and is configured to open to allow gas to pass from the minor cavity into the chamber when the pressure differential across the membrane is above a threshold. The filter is disposed between the membrane and the opening such that air flowing through the opening in the end wall into the chamber passes through the filter.
