| 摘要 | The invention provides a preparation method of a nitro compound fertilizer. The method comprises the steps of an acid hydrolysis reaction, a neutralization reaction, and a mixing procedure. Wherein the acid hydrolysis reaction comprises 15 parts by weight to 40 parts by weight of nitric acid, 4 parts by weight to 10 parts by weight of phosphoric anhydride, and 5 parts by weight to 15 parts by weight of calcium oxide, and acidified to obtain an acidified fertilizer slurry; the neutralization reaction comprises acid The fertilizer slurry is added with 2 parts by weight to 25 parts by weight of sulfuric acid and 5 parts by weight to 15 parts by weight of gaseous ammonia for neutralization to obtain an ammoniated fertilizer slurry; the mixing procedure comprises adding 15 parts by weight to 40 parts by weight of the potassium chloride slurry of the ammoniated fertilizer slurry. A nitro compound fertilizer is obtained. The present invention further provides a nitro compound fertilizer prepared by the aforementioned method. The final product of the invention still retains calcium oxide, which can reduce the activity of ammonium nitrate and ensure that the product after adding organic matter is not dangerous. | ||||||
