| 摘要 | PURPOSE: To prepare speedily, easily, inexpensively a stencil free from deformation in spite of no special reinforcement by a method wherein another paper is attached to the back of a wetted dry-mat and hot-pressed on types etc. CONSTITUTION: A wetted dry mat 2 is positioned on type and a lead plate 1 turning the mold lubricant coating surface 2a downward, and a sheet of paper 11 (is compressed and deformed plastically at the C part but must not be compressed and deformed plastically at the D part, when under pressure) is laminated on the mat and hot-pressed by a heating press 4 through a gas permeable sheet 3. When the obtained stencil 12 is placed on the bed surface 4' of the press, no special gap is found and when a synthetic resin plate 7 is placed on the stencil and hot-pressed, a concave part 6 on the back of the stencil 2' is supported by the paper 11 without deformation.
