| 摘要 | PURPOSE:To joint even wide papers continuously without leaving them uncoupled partially, by connecting an ultrasonic oscillator to the shaft part of a disc-shaped horn main body and converting the longitudinal oscillation of the ultrasonic oscillator in the axial direction of the horn to the radial direction of the horn main body. CONSTITUTION:Through a disc-shaped horn 31 and an ultrasonic oscillator 32 connected to the shaft part of this horn 31 are osciallated longitudinally in the axial direction, the oscillation direction of the horn 31 is converted at 90 deg. to generate the longitudinal oscillation in the radial direction of a round jaw-shaped projecting part 31a because this projecting part 31a is provided laterally around the part which is the node of the oscillation of the horn 31. Consequently, the horn 31 is pressed agaist two papers 33 and 33' piled on an anvil 34, and ultrasonic waves are radiated, and the horn 31 is rotated and run, thus jointing papers 33 and 33' throughout their width. | ||
