CONSTITUTION: The objective covering material is obtained by using (A) 12.5-50wt.% low-melting component (e.g. polyethylene) as a sheath component and (B) a high-melting component (e.g. polyethylene terephthalate) as a core component, thermally fusing and joining interstices between both the components (A) and (B). The aforementioned covering material has >75% light transmittance and ≥1.0kg resistance to breakage from pile driving parts without requiring energy cost for drying and is capable of providing heat insulating properties, moisture and air permeability suitable for crops simply by changing size thereof.
